1. Learning-Based Plan
At NextAISense, we are committed to providing high-quality learning experiences through our Robotics Onboarding Module. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
- Full Refund: If you are not satisfied with the Robotics Onboarding Module, you may request a full refund within 3 days of your purchase. No questions asked.
- After 3 Days: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for requests made after the 3-day window has passed.
2. Subscription-Based Plans
For our continuous services or subscription plans:
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No Refunds: Payments for subscription plans are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods.
3. Hourly-Based Plans
- Unused Hours: Refunds for unused hours can be requested within 30 days of purchase.
- Used Hours: Fees for hours already utilized are non-refundable.
4. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges
If you believe you have been charged in error or have been billed twice for the same service, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate the issue and issue a full refund for any confirmed duplicate or erroneous charges.
5. Technical Issues
If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using our services, please contact support. If we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund.
6. Special Circumstances
We understand that exceptional situations may arise. Refund requests made outside of our standard policy will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of NextAISense.
